Due to the nature of our professional services and the digital delivery of our products, we adhere to a strict Non-Refund Policy.
By engaging our services or purchasing our software solutions, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Services and Consulting
All consulting fees, implementation charges, and professional service fees are non-refundable.
- Once a project has commenced or hours have been logged by our technical team, the payment for that milestone or service period is earned in full.
- This policy applies to all strategic planning, system architecture, and custom configuration services.
2. Software Subscriptions and Licensing
- No Refunds for Usage: Payments for software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscriptions, licenses, or renewals are non-refundable once the service period has started.
- Third-Party Ecosystems: For implementations involving third-party platforms (such as Zoho or Odoo), refund requests for licensing fees must be directed to the respective software provider and are subject to their specific terms and conditions.
3. Custom Development
Costs associated with custom software development, API integrations, or bespoke module creations are non-refundable. These projects involve significant labor and resource allocation that cannot be recovered once the work is initiated.
4. Project Cancellation
- Clients may choose to cancel their project or service agreement as per the terms of their individual contract.
- Upon cancellation, the client remains responsible for any outstanding balances for work completed up to the date of cancellation.
- Any advance payments or deposits made toward future milestones are non-refundable but may, at the Company’s sole discretion, be applied as credit for future services.
5. Exceptions
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, Cloudtool Technologies values client satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with a specific deliverable, we will make every reasonable effort to rectify the issue within the scope of the original agreement to ensure the system meets the agreed-upon requirements.
