We have appointed CloudTool as our Technology Partner. Earlier we used to work in more traditional way. We used to keep multiple Software and records for daily operations. Mr. Vaibhav introduced us to Zoho One. It is a complete business operating system. Now We track all inventory and their batches live. Sending Quotation from CRM is now a 1 minute operation. We improved our team Productivity. Right now we are exploring more features of Zoho One with the help of CloudTool team.

During this pandemic situation CloudTool helped us to develop Zoho systems which allowed our employees to work from home. We have taken big decision to move from on-premises software to cloud. CloudTool team gives us training and implementation support. Now days sending Payment reminders, Invoice details is fully automated. System is easy to use and mobile application is add on advantage.

We were expolring business ERP for India unit and got connect with Mr.Vaibhav from Cloudtool. He gives us complete demonstration about Zoho One Platform and we decided to implement Zoho One. We are Product and project base company and utilizing Zoho one for all our business operations. Cloudtool team guide us from scratch and now we are using Zoho One for all activity. Project management and Timesheet tracking is awesome feature. Now we can track all project status live. We are exploring Zoho Analytics now and implementation is going on.
